Received formal demand letter from the employer.



Site visit and discussion of terms and conditions (hostel facilities, OT rates, and other fringe benefits).



Preparation of official demand letter and documentation for Job Order at the representative Embassy in Malaysia.



Fix the date for the interview at the source country.


Give a list of selected candidates together with a copy of application form and passport copy to the employer for verification purposes.



Interview presentation accompanied by the translator and selection of candidate. (Video presentation on the job scope, hostel facilities, medical facilities, and other facilities provided by the company via projector). If necessary, conduct a Practical Test.



Prepare program Itinerary for the interview.



Prepare hotel and flight booking for the interviewer (company representative).


Acknowledgment of the Interviewer on the name list of the candidates selected to undergo medical examination (FWCMS).



Receive online medical report and bio-metric list of candidates from source country to proceed for calling visa application.



Proceed with calling visa and insurance for visa & immigration clearance (The original copy needs to be forwarded to the source country agency).



Apply for an e-visa and source country Immigration and Labour Department clearance documentation for departure.


Proceed with the FOMEMA medical check-up in Malaysia.



The arrival of the candidate at source country Agency office for reimbursement of Medical, Transportation and Lodging payment follow up with PDOT Training at the source country recognized center.



Confirmation of flight date (Timing of arrival and transportation arrangement from KLIA to the workplace of the company).



Reconfirm the facilities at the hostel (bed and cooking utensils) with the employer.


Replacement of any unfit candidate.

Reconfirm the facilities at the hostel (bed and cooking utensils) with the employer.

Confirmation of flight date (Timing of arrival and transportation arrangement from KLIA to the workplace of company).
15.
Arrival of candidate at the company followed by Orientation day at the company (Job Scope and company Regulation first day of work).
18.
Task Completed.

Replacement of any unfit candidate or cancellation letter for withdrawal candidate at respective embassy at the source country.
16.
Proceed with the FOMEMA medical check-up in Malaysia.
